Deposit & Agreement

Agreed Deposit Amount (£) *

This is the deposit amount already agreed with Thespis — nothing is enclosed with this form. We'll invoice this amount within the next couple of days, with our bank details for payment by bank transfer. If you'd prefer to pay by card, or spread the cost, we can also send a secure PayPal payment link (card, online bank payment, or Klarna-style pay-later where available) — just ask. Your booking is only entered into our calendar and secured once cleared funds are received. Thespis no longer accepts cheques for final payment, or cheques over £1000 upon initial booking.

Additional Charges Summary (for accounts — to be added to the deposit invoice, so nothing gets missed)

📋 Pre-Delivery Checklist: we'll send this to you approximately one week before your delivery date, covering final details on access, rails and collection arrangements.

💷 Final Payment Deadline: cleared funds must reach us no later than 4 working days before delivery (UK payments), or 10 working days before delivery for payments made from outside the UK. Costumes cannot be released until payment has cleared — see the Terms & Conditions for full details.
