Synopsis

Chicago is a sharp, satirical musical set in the world of 1920s crime, celebrity and corruption.

When Roxie Hart murders her lover, she finds herself in Cook County Jail alongside Velma Kelly, another headline-making killer. With the help of slick lawyer Billy Flynn, both women compete for media attention, turning scandal into fame.

As the line between justice and show business blurs, the story explores the seductive nature of fame and the price people will pay to achieve it.
